Oil tends to cause bad retention due to glue breakdown. -I do provide a complimentary lash bath prior to starting, if they are dirty and have mascara, a $10 cleaning fee will be added due to needing to spend extra time prepping them. 😷Mask Policy😷 Please wear a mask if you are sick, are feeling sick or have been around someone who is sick. ❗️LASH POLICY❗️ -No extra guests or children. -If there is a change in the service you have booked, please notify me ASAP to ensure there is enough time to complete your service. -If a fill will be a full set let me know ahead of time to make sure I have time to complete the service. *❕❕Fills that have less than 40% of lashes will be charged as a FULL SET❕❕* -If you have any concerns or if there needs to be any corrections, please let me know. -You have a 2-day guarantee (if you experience a fall out of 50% or more I will touch up free of charge within 3 days of appointment, anything past that will be either a mini fill, fill or a full set depending on lash loss) 🚨EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS🚨 -There will be a $30 additional fee for any appointments outside my business hours. -This also includes any last minute squeeze in appointments (appointments booked within 24 hours), early morning appointments between 6am-8am, afternoons on Saturday (3pm or later) and holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve. ⏰LATE POLICY⏰ -There will be a 10 minute grace period. -After 15 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE. -If I am unable to receive payment, you will not be allowed to book until debt is paid. ❌CANCELLATION POLICY❌ -Must call/text 619-569-9084 (if texting, tell me your name and time of appointment) -Appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advanced to avoid fees. -Appointments cancelled same day will be charged 100% of service. 👻NO CALL, NO SHOW👻 -No call-No shows will be charged 100% of the service. -If you no-call, no-show twice you will be required to pay in full upfront for the service. -If you no-call, no show a third time you will no longer be serviced by me. 💰PAYMENT💰 -Cash will be the preferred form of payment. -You may also pay using Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, and credit/debit cards; however cash is preferred. -There will be no refunds of any kind. No exceptions. All sales and services are final. 🧼LASH AFTERCARE🧼 -Please refrain from wetting your lashes within 24 hours -Keep away from oils of any kind, oils will break down the glue and you will experience a shorter retention. -When showering, make sure you do not expose your lashes to steam. -It is recommended to wash your face outside of the shower, use oil free make up remover wipes, or my lash cleanser. -It is advised against to sleep facedown, because it can damage your lashes and create retention issues. -Brush your lashes at least once a day to keep them clean and remove any build up. -Do not use mascara as this can cause the lashes to lose their curl and clump together. -Do not pick/pull at lashes. You can and will cause damage to your natural lash line, if you are unhappy/uncomfortable I can remove them at a small charge. -Do not touch your lash extensions often, the oil in your fingers will cause fallout. -Avoid the use of eyelash curlers. This can cause your lash extensions to have a different curl and can cause damage to your natural lash line. In some cases It can cut your lashes/extensions. -Avoid high temperatures such as that of an oven, as your lashes can get singed from the heat.Business Hours
